Dr David Hamilton Interview

Today’s guest is Dr David Hamilton PhD, a research scientist who worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 4 years after gaining his PhD. Why Kindness is Good for You

David will discuss how kindness, compassion, and gratitude are good for mental and emotional health. He will also discuss how they impact the brain and release hormones into the bloodstream that impact the heart and entire cardiovascular system. The hormone, oxytocin, for instance, has recently been shown to protect the heart from disease and even help repair damage.
