What. is "Modern" Mediumship? I am really puzzled about this, I have always thought Spirit Communication. was just that with no frills. We have people who have strange ideas. that the Gift changes according to the Times Dealership has been known for millennia.
In some people they have this notion that the Gift can be tailored to suit them. It is a gift yes! but individuals. have to work with their sensitivity. not to demand their way and no one else's. way.
Advanced Mediumship is a misunderstanding to me, is it because we "See"Spirit, better, "hear" Spirit better. and last but not least. "Sense" Spirit better. Mediumship develops with the individual. not the other way around.
The extreme sensitivity is part of the individual. not separate from it. We see so many thinking they are the bees knees because of their Mediumship. It never occurs to them to be humble within.
Their Mediumistic. Gift. Arrogance and Egotism are well known, within Spiritualist circles, but to call yourself in your own estimation before you have even started is. a bit over the top. Mediums are born not made. and Dedication. would be better than trying to over reach your potential,when that has been mastered then try humility after all it is Spirit who do the most.
